T'ai Chi

Freilich als Verbindung von Atem, Bewegung, Konzentration und Meditation ist T'ai Chi geradezu das Gegenteil der digitalisierten Internet-Welt. Doch das weltumspannende Informationsnetz macht stets beides: es verhindert einen Lebensbereich, indem es ihn ersetzt (anstatt wirklich zu handeln, wird so getan, als handelte man, indem man Tasten drückt und Mäuse schiebt) zugleich aber animiert es zur Auseinandersetzung mit einem Lebensbereich, indem man Kontakt überhaupt erst herstellt.

Womöglich also hätten schrecklicherweise viele Menschen niemals T'ai Chi kennengelernt ohne unsere prächtige GIF-Animation (357k Byte), die es auch als Movie-Version (1800k Byte) gibt.

T'ai Chi

As a combination of breathing, concentration and meditation, T'ai Chi is of course the sheer opposite of the digitalized world of the internet. Yet the world-emcompassing net of information continuously does both: It links up one realm of life by replacing it (instead of taking real action, one acts on pretence, pressing keys and moving a mouse). At the same time, it encourages an exchange with another realm by enabling contact in the first place.

Tragically therefore, it is quite possible that many people would never have heard of T'ai Chi without our gourgeous GIF-Animation (357k Byte), which is also available in a movie-version (1800k Byte).
